We are a family that loves sharing tips, tricks and recipes for great Dutch Oven and outdoor cooking.
We travel and teach the art of outdoor cooking at it's finest. Most of our teaching is with Cast Iron Dutch Ovens, but we do add in some great outdoor cooking hints and tricks, and also teach some very unique ways to cook over the fire.

Join Us For Our First Cooking Camp!!
We will be doing a 2 day cooking camp at Harbor Village Campground in Carlsville, WI on October 20-21, 2007.
This camp is limited to 20 people so that we can provide individual instruction as needed and lots of fun!
Participants will receive a 12" Dutch Oven as part of their attendance, and will be learning such things as selection of ovens, care & cleaning, storage, and of course lots of cooking techniques and tips! We will be providing some meals, and the participants will be cooking their own some times also.
Cost for the camp is $100.00 per person, and you are responsable for paying your own campsite for the weekend. For more information and to sign up, please contact us SOON, as the camp is filling up fast!
